One night while playing a crazy game of Uno with some great friends, I was craving some Tanner’s Chicken Fingers and well one thing led to another, and yes you have it, a Honey Mustard Beer. The first time we brewed this, it was a Rye Pale Ale with dry mustard, yellow and brown mustard seed, and local honey. An excellent beer! You may see these ingredients in our Saison, Cream Ale, Irish Red, who knows. Don’t get the yellow bottle confused with your beer.
