ta_taTa Ta Cream Ale

O.G.: 1.047    IBU: 18    ABV: 4.5%    SRM: 3
This prohibition style beer reminds you of the beers from the old days. Using ingredients similar to what were available at the time, Ta Ta is fermented with lager yeast at ale temperatures, leaving a fuller flavored, refreshing lager-like taste. Proceeds from this beer are donated to PaintGeorgiaPink.org [su_spacer size=”40″]

west_laWest LA Hopaway IPA

O.G.: 1.066     IBU: 75     ABV: 6.8%     SRM: 6.7
Our homage to the Grateful Dead, West LA Hopaway is a single hop IPA brewed the San Francisco Way. With the same amount of hops added to the fermenter as the boil kettle, this beer will sure put you through the Hop Tests. 21 hops, but 1 will do.[su_spacer size=”40″]

dirty_frenchman_smallDirty Frenchman Saison Belgian Style Ale

O.G.: 1.0526    IBU: 18.6    ABV: 6.2%    SRM: 4.6
Our take of the classic Farmhouse Saison. Designed for session-ability and thirst quenching, this beer is slightly spicy, finishes dry, and can’t have just one! Perfect anytime of the year.[su_spacer size=”40″]

hammer_monkey

Monkey Hammer Hefeweizen

O.G.: 1.055    IBU: 16    ABV: 5.5%    SRM: 3.7
A traditional German Hefeweizen with great banana and clove notes. This beer was named by April Fister, as a part of our first Name that Beer. Being a later recipe in our line-up, this beer has quickly become one of the brewer’s favorites![su_spacer size=”40″]

irish_red

Irish Red I Jedeye

O.G.: 1.050    IBU: 22    ABV: 4.8%    SRM:15
Not too dark with just enough color, don’t let this beer fool you. Despite the color, Jedi is actually quite light with a hint of malti-sweetness lingering from the Scottish Yeast. We designed this beer after the more robust Reds in Ireland.[su_spacer size=”40″]

Dylan's DubbelDylan’s Dubbel

O.G.: 1.067    IBU: 23    ABV: 7%    SRM: 13
This Trappist Ale is up there with the best of em. Using an authentic Trappist yeast and adding Belgian Candi Sugar and Dried Currants to the boil, rich flavors of plum, raisins, and caramel prevail. We hope you enjoy this award winning beer.[su_spacer size=”40″]

porter

Sawnee Mountain Porter

O.G.: 1.065    IBU: 27    ABV: 6.4%    SRM: 34
Pours deep brown with a tan head, roasted and caramel malts abound with light hints of coffee and chocolate. Very nice hop balance and dry finish. If you are looking for a great all-around dark beer, this is the one for you.[su_spacer size=”40″]

coconut_porterChief Sawnee’s Stash Coconut Porter

O.G.: 1.065    IBU: 29    ABV: 6.0    SRM: 30
We take the Sawnee Mountain Porter and added toasted coconut flakes, caramelized dates, and vanilla bean to create a beer so good, even Chief Sawnee would hide it in his cave.
